Each Forever Furry 3D figurine is a custom-made, one-of-a-kind product created specifically for you based on the photos you provide. Due to the personalized nature of our products, we have specific policies regarding returns and refunds.

Satisfaction Guarantee

We are committed to creating a figurine that you will treasure. Before we begin production, we will send you a digital preview of your figurine design. You can request up to 2 revisions at this stage at no additional cost.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your figurine arrives damaged or with manufacturing defects, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will either:

Create and ship a replacement figurine at no cost
Issue a full refund

Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order under the following conditions:

Before production begins: Full refund
After design approval: 50% refund (as materials and work have begun)
After production is complete: No refund available

Non-Refundable Situations

We cannot offer refunds or returns for:

Change of mind after production has begun
Figurines that match the approved design preview
Minor variations in color or finish (each piece is handcrafted)
Damage caused by mishandling after delivery

Shipping Issues

If your package is lost in transit, please contact us. We will work with the shipping carrier to locate your package or create a replacement figurine.
